At Thrive, we aim to build effective mentoring relationships globally where women help other women succeed professionally and personally. Thrivers become part of a global network of generous women who support and challenge each other to grow.

What differentiates THRIVE?

Why Thrive

Women mentors

Women understand best the unique challenges women face, be it the double bind or the prove it again. Thrive mentors are effective at supporting mentees to deal with the biases they may face, and still learn and grow

Global Connections

Born in Switzerland, Thrive is travelling to 10 cities, and 6 countries, and will keep spreading its wings globally. Thrivers become part of a global community of vibrant women who help each other succeed

Unique matching

In addition to the profile-based pre-match, Thrive has integrated a unique mechanism to ensure that mentors and mentees ’click’ with each other, and the connection they establish is beyond the spoken word

"The success of every woman should be an inspiration to another. We should raise each other up. Make sure you’re very strong, be extremely kind, and above all be humble."

To encourage women to dream big and offer them the support and challenge they require to achieve their dreams and become the best versions of themselves, thereby contributing to creating an equal society.

  • To develop women leaders globally by focusing on mentoring as a transformational learning intervention/technique
  • To catalyze deep ‘learning focused’ relationships between mentors and mentees
  • To create a safe learning environment for women to support and challenge each other
  • To enable these objectives by involving the multiple, relevant and willing stakeholders depending on the focus geography : corporations, NGO’s, the non-profit sector, educational institutions – and most importantly through engaging with the wider ecosystem
  • To launch in 10 important cities in 2018 and create a critical mass of THRIVERs who can support each other
